Attempted to place an order in person and was immediately faced with an employee that was unable to follow simple directions or put in a promotional deal that was available via the phone app. When showing our order from the phone app for two cinnamon pretzels (BOGO) and an Oreo Bitz, the cashier rang up one cinnamon and one salted pretzel with no Oreo Bitz. Employees are unpleasant and seem as if they do not want to be there. I ordered the sausage dogs. They were Horrible. These thing were SWIMMING in grease. The dough that was wrapped around them had so much grease on them that they were almost transparent!!!! When they handed me the cup of sausage dogs it was half full. I asked them why is the cup half full, they said they sank to the bottom?? For as much as they cost, thats what I got??! WTH.. The cup itself was tiny and that TINY cup was only filled half way. They do not use proper handling of food at this location, I’ve tried to order about three separate times and had to leave because they’re either not wearing gloves or touching themselves with the gloves and handling the food with the same gloves.
Grabbed a few different items to try for my first time. Got these as I was leaving Walmart and started to try a bite when I got to my car. They were completely burnt on the bottom so I sent my husband back in just to get a refund. There was no manager on duty and the employee said they don’t do refunds.
