So they got new owners and the prices are all higher. A lemonade (which btw all the drinks are one size now) clear cup $6.59! For like 20oz? not even branded as wetzels. Also the bitz came in a plain white cup. So cutting corners and making it more expensive. I am not paying $27.00 for two pretzels and a lemonade come on. Employees super nice and lovely though.
So gross. Undercooked and doughy; not at all like a real pretzel taste.
They never have the regular Wetzel Dogs ready anymore. They said they only make them to order and you have to wait for 15 minutes. So you end up spending more on the mini dogs. Why wouldn’t they have them already made like every thing else on the menu and like they did before? They said they have new owners and that’s what the new owners decided. Bad business decision to make customers wait for a Wetzel dog for 15 minutes. People like to get their food and move on.

Saw the super long line but one of the team members I think Alexis switched to the register and cleared the line in under 5 minutes and even the pretzels were good (park meadows location sucks😓) would come again
