Ordered two pretzels and received raw doughy insides. Disgusting. Went back to try and get a refund and replacement since they close at midnight, doors closed as of 11:40 p.m. I ate some of the pretzels not realizing it was raw and now who knows what awaits me!
Completely disappointed in this location. Google Maps said they were open, their website also let me an online order for this location. I arrived at was completely disappointed to see they were closed. Keep in my i ordered at 7pm and they close at 12am. Completely unacceptable disgusting service and buisness. If you are closed, update your google maps, better yet dont allow online orders on YOUR website. Not sure how to even get my money back.
Tried to order ahead for a quick pickup since the app said the store was open. I show up and it’s all dark and closed up. Makes absolutely no sense and seems like a scam. I wouldn’t waste your time coming here. Try one in a mall instead. Now to try and fight for my money back or go through the chargeback procedure at my bank.
