I was in the mood for Wetzel’s pretzels went in customer service was not attentive. There was no one at the register, and when they finally came over from the Cold Stome Creamery side they began by apologizing that they did not have any dough ready. Really? Needless to say I walked out without a savory pretzel. Whomp whomp! 😔☹️
Just go to bay plaza mall to Auntie Annes. I Went in for an original pretzel, there were no original pretzels available. There were 2 old looking pretzels on display, no greeting either just stares. They were clean tho; thats what the extra star is for
The lady took forever to give us our food even though we ordered 2 things. We were the only people there and it took them about 45 mins to get our order and the pretzel was half baked.
