If I’m gonna spend $10 on a pretzel, make it worth it! It was so disappointing! The taste was not good at all. The bread was a little dry. No butter, something at least. The cheese was the only thing that made it better. The customer service was great, but I’d much rather go to Auntie Anne’s than ever spend a dime here. & y’all expect people to come spend money when your food isn’t even that great. Not trying to be rude, but this is how people go out of business. Make it worth it. That’s all I’m saying.

Comes out warm. Nice selection. Mall is crowded and hectic. Comfort food at its best. Good mall food because you don’t want to commit to the food court downstairs.

I tried to order two salted pretzels, and the lady behind the counter looked at me like I was asking for something outrageous. She told me at 7:30 PM that they had already closed the oven at 6, even though the store closes at 9. I asked, “So you close the oven two hours before closing?” and she couldn’t even keep a straight face. It was obvious she was making excuses. Please don’t hire lazy employees who don’t care about doing their jobs.
