The guy working there I believe his name is Lance, didn’t hear my order correctly. He charged me for a Pepperoni, bits, and I wanted Just the pepperoni pretzel, I did ask for it to be well done, and I guess he made it almost burnt. I couldn’t come back cause I had already left far from there, and I tried calling. No one answered, he didn’t seem too happy or friendly while taking my order either, I would like a refund.
Was craving so bad the Google says it closes at 10pm I went in at 8pm and they were closed. Please fixed to the correct hours of operation. Highly dissipated

I was excited to see a Wetzel's Pretzels location here. Usually you have to go all the way to the Mission Viejo mall for the closest location. I tried to order my usual, a cheese pretzle with a cheese sauce. This is on the menu but they didnt have any ready. There were 2 teenagers working here, a boy and a girl, just standing around talking, not doing any work. No adults in sight. I asked if I could get a cheese pretzle.
