My family and I love going to Wetzel pretzels every time we go to the mall. This time was extra special because the ladies working were offering samples and we tried some pretzels we never had before. Vivian, Leonor, and Melanie were amazing. Friendly smiles and very welcoming. The place was clean and the pretzels were perfection nice and warm and super tasty. Definitely will be going again!
The workers were friendly and greeted me with a smile, which is rare these days, so I appreciated that. The pretzel with pepperoni and jalapeño was fresh and delicious. It's just expensive! $12.16 for the pretzel and small soda.

On 09/11/24 at around 3:02 we went to buy some bags of the bites and the cashier had the worst costumer service. When we went there and got to the front lady seemed annoyed for no reason. She did not greet us, we asked a question and it seemed like she didn’t even want to answer us, we were just asking if she had bigger sizes this other lady ended up answering for her.
