Was there around 2 o'clock in the afternoon, on a Thursday? The mall was not busy, but I decided to get a pretzel and when I got it out to my car to eat. It was so hard that I could only eat. Half of it it felt like it had been sitting there since last night. What's absolutely horrible. Do not recommend going

Terrible service. 3 employees fooling around in the back and when one came up front he just ignored me even tho I had been there for a minute. I ended up walking away and went to auntie Anne’s. Auntie Anne’s has much better pretzels and service anyways, that’s why they get the long lines and wetzel doesn’t. Not to mention a couple months ago a wetzel employee was very rude to my friend.
Polite workers. Pretzel was good and they were very nice when I asked for a lot of salt on it and they salted it very nicely.
The pretzels were undercooked, the middle of them were basically soggy warm dough, and the cashier tried to make me get two cups of cheese when I just wanted one.
