It was so bad! None of the pretzels were fresh and to make matters worse everything was so expensive! I never been to Wetzel’s Pretzels before and will not return!
The food was way too bland, so I politely asked them to check it, but the older lady making the pretzels got angry and started giving attitude instead of helping. It honestly felt disgusting and completely ruined the experience. Really unprofessional customer service — I won’t be coming back again. 0 stars
Food was nice but they were out of a lot of the things we wanted so we bought alternatives. But honestly overall food was 3 stars as well
Over priced pretzel. Not worth $7
Came by because they were offering free pretzels for national pretzel day. Their pretzel was so fresh and so soft. The hotdogs was also very good! Staff were super nice and serves us fast. Good spot for quick snack when you are shopping! I will definitely come back to try more.
