Let’s just say that it is hit or miss. My first time here a few weeks after they opened, my pretzel was absolutely delicious - soft buttery goodness. I have been twice since - once again today. I preordered on the app and my pretzel was bagged and ready when I arrived. The staff was not real friendly (aside from the owner). I get my order home and my pretzel has a slightly burned flavor and is chewy. The pint of ordering ahead was that maybe I’d get a fresh pretzel…
I go once a week and have never left disappointed or dissatisfied! Love the bites so much. Thanks girls!!!!

Great experience overall! I also tried the Pretzels located in the same store as Cold Stone, and they were delicious. A must TRY!!
