Good experience fresh and hot food but pretzels were overly buttery and the mottzerella sticks were doughy not very good. It was pretty warm in there they could turn on there ac. The pin location is wrong its in the cold stone creamery. By rule the roost.
Really frustrating to roll in on a Monday at 2pm to get your pretzel fix just to be told "sorry, Wetzels is closed today"...what? I mean, things happen, but that's a bit ridiculous to be closed when you're scheduled to be open. Especially after driving all the way over here. Do better, Wetzels.
Let’s just say that it is hit or miss. My first time here a few weeks after they opened, my pretzel was absolutely delicious - soft buttery goodness. I have been twice since - once again today. I preordered on the app and my pretzel was bagged and ready when I arrived. The staff was not real friendly (aside from the owner). I get my order home and my pretzel has a slightly burned flavor and is chewy. The pint of ordering ahead was that maybe I’d get a fresh pretzel…
I go once a week and have never left disappointed or dissatisfied! Love the bites so much. Thanks girls!!!!
