NO! DO NOT EAT HERE! Ordered 2 pretzel dogs and one of them was literally RAW dough in the center, only found out halfway through and the lady wouldn’t even refund me, she literally couldn’t care less and was on her phone the whole time and proceeded to put the HALF EATEN pretzel dog back in the oven (extremely unsanitary) put the tongs she used BACK INTO the warming case and said the issue was “resolved” now i have been throwing up nonstop because of her straight up incompetence! The lady that works at this place is awful!! She's either on her phone when you want to order or she can't be found. She is sitting with friends talking and making customers wait. She never has anything cooked but pretzel bites only. Bad atmosphere and bad service. I won't be back and my friends won't be back. Get someone else to run this place!!!!!!
Hello, so first off the lady at the counter (her name is Mira/Meera) had a kid there. But before helping the customer before me. She was extremely rude to her staff(2 guys who looked like teenagers) she was yelling at her staff about some mishap. Then she aggressively asked the customer in front of me to order.
