Pretzel was hard, cold and overly salty. Cheese sauce was at best room temperature. Do not recommend!!
I’ve tried reaching out to management and customer service but no one is available but this is important and needs to be shared somehow. I went to a hybrid cold stone & Wetzel collab on 3/4/2026 at 6:14pm. The service was good, despite I thought it was weird they had to create 2 separate ring outs for ice cream and a pretzel.
