There was a piece of plastic in my food and I was also mad they gave me BURNT PRETZELS.

First time here long line, 20 minute wait for an order since it's special order. Adrian did not even ask if I wanted dip and tall blondie said I had to get back in line for that (line was long food was gonna be cold by then) not a single person there wore a hair net and the majority have long hair that goes over the hat

The food is good. Lately however, service has changed. It's always out of food, they've stopped serving their signature sauces, and when I asked for sauce the last time, they charged me and didnt give me any. Also, they got my order wrong, giving way less food than the 30 DOLLARS I had spent. We had to stand to the side for ten minutes because they didnt have any food. This place used to be my favorite place at the mall but now I see it as a waste of time and money.

I saw roaches on their walls twice. The employees did NOT have fresh pretzels and served me stale pretzels. When i tried to ask for fresh pretzels they rolled their eyes at me and gave me attitude. They also kept pushing me to buy a dip and a drink.
