Normally wetzels is great, this is the worst location EVER. They sometimes have fresh pretzels, and sometimes they are hard and old and not even salted. I can’t count on one hand how many times I’ve ordered a salted pretzel, and my pretzel had literally no salt. The WORST part of this location is that they close 30 minutes EARLY EVERY DAY. It’s so annoying. I have showered up multiple times now at 8:30, which is 30 minutes before they are supposed to close at 9. And they are LOCKED. Stopped by for quick snack and the pretzels were soft and fresh! Joey was really nice and helpful! Great experience!
I was DoorDashing , got to the store only to be told the food was still being worked on. Delivery was for two original pretzels. So it’s very simple order. A few other people got their orders before I even got the delivery order. Service is very very slow.
It was our first time in, and Sebastian was very helpful in recommending what to get. He was very thorough in explaining the menu and flavors. Would definitely come back again
