Quick service and excellent customer service clean facility very nice workers. Pretzels were super soft and warm fresh even. I asked for extra sauce on top and they made sure to put even extra sauce on it. They also offered me a sample of their frozen drinks because I was looking at them and had never tried them so I would know if I liked it for next time.
Went into this location at 7:15pm, desperate for some of our favorite items. I tried to order a Baja hotdog and the lady at the register said "uuhhh" and walked away from us to go to the back. She comes back with another employee who apologetically explained that they already turned off the oven or something and it would take 20min for the food to be ready. Normally wetzels is great, this is the worst location EVER. They sometimes have fresh pretzels, and sometimes they are hard and old and not even salted. I can’t count on one hand how many times I’ve ordered a salted pretzel, and my pretzel had literally no salt. The WORST part of this location is that they close 30 minutes EARLY EVERY DAY. It’s so annoying. I have showered up multiple times now at 8:30, which is 30 minutes before they are supposed to close at 9. And they are LOCKED. Stopped by for quick snack and the pretzels were soft and fresh! Joey was really nice and helpful! Great experience!
