Bad customer service
Food is great but the behavior of your staff is absolutely disgusting! A male staff member spoke derogatory towards two girls who were making pretzels; said a homophobic slur. Hate speech! If this tolerated, I won't be returning! Absolutely disgusting! You should be ashamed!! I am incredibly appalled and disgusted.
I've been eating at this place for decades, and simply put, nobody makes better pretzels. Gooey, perfectly salted, amazing cheese sides. I recommend getting Wetzel Bitz instead of full pretzels because it's more bang for your buck. I love all the limited time items offered over the years, my absolute favorite was probably the frozen horchata, but the current nutella bitz dessert is pretty tasty as well. The soft pretzels from this chain are quite possibly the best ones I've had in my life. And the staff here are always pretty chill. Any time I'm in the area, I almost always pick some pretzels up for either myself or to share. Keep up the good work!
I usually love the people who work here, but we just came by and had a very unkind service experience. We tried to order pretzels, not realizing how close to closing we were, and the worker that helped us said that they didn’t have any more pretzels, which is completely fine.
