I ordered through DoorDash, and the pretzels arrived hot. The texture was amazing, crunchy on the outside but fluffy on the inside. The price may be on the expensive side, but the taste was good.
the most disappointing part isn't the food is the costumer service and the food.
Almost $10 for a terrible pretzel. Constantly upsells as you check out, terrible place and terrible quality food. Had to throw it out couldn't even finish. Stale, burnt, not flavorful. I've had better and cheaper pretzels from concert venues. I'm not one to leave bad reviews but this earned one.
Just ok. Too dense. Not better than Auntie Anne's. The bigger issue is the guy handing out samples, without gloves or a hair net, and always scratching his beard, chewing his finger nails, and picking his teeth. That's disgusting & a major health hazard. Makes me wonder what he's doing behind the counter when we can't see him.
