Horrible, Disappointing. I got Cin-A-Bitz they were all smashed in the bag. When i put it in my mouth they were hard as a rock! I didn't go back to return because I was already in my car and they were about to close.
Today I visited Wetzel's Pretzels for their “Free Pretzel Day” promotion, and what I experienced was not just unpleasant, but genuinely humiliating. I was fully aware that the cinnamon pretzel was not part of the free promotion, so I paid the price difference without any issue.
