Seems to have permanently closed. I really enjoy Wetzels pretzels,this was the closest location to my home now it seems like it’s gone.I wonder what happened.On google and the website it lists it’s still open as of 5/18/26 but I doubt it’s getting a makeover/remodel.Now the closest Wetzels pretzels from here is at Gurnee mills or at Woodfield mall,both an hour away.When it was open employees were very friendly and the pretzels were made very good in quality,taste and temperature.I honestly like Wetzels pretzels more than aun... read more

Very rude young lady worked night didn’t want to serve us she said “people walk past here too much” didn’t want to work and was talking to friend the whole time we ended up leaving after she told us all the food was going in the trash

Employee at the front was too busy talking to her boyfriend(s) to care or help. Once she finally noticed I was there she came up and asked, with attitude, what I wanted. After simply asking for Cinna-bitz she said they were out and walked back to the two men. I used to love coming here as a kid. As an adult, not anymore. Don't waste your time, effort, or money with this place or these people.

Had the absolute pleasure of getting what's in the photos on Valentine's Day, of all days. Didn't even realize until we sat down, but yeah, broken container exposing the cream, and every single pretzel in that bag was stale, old, and hard. Tried to get new ones, but apparently the girl at the counter couldn't make more, nor do a refund without her manager.
