Service was fine but holy expensive! 4 drinks, 4 pretzels was $92!!! I can eat cheaper at a sporting event and definitely at a restaurant. Guess we’re never eating Wetzel’s Pretzels again. Willing to bet they’ll go out of business if they don’t lower their prices.
They insisted on getting my phone number just to buy a slushy. I said I didnt have an account and didnt want one, but she wanted it anyway. So I gave some bogus number that ends in 1234 and she just stared at me. Nope, not giving you my phone number to buy a slushy. Not tipping either for you to hand me a drink. This is getting out of hand.
Visited the pretzel shop at 5 pm. They had no pretzels left. I asked the guy if there will be more pretzels put out. He said no. They close at 7 pm. Very poor service!
