I got the cinnamon pretzels and they weren’t fresh at all; then to top it off I got the cream cheese glaze and it had mold 🤢🤢. Don’t go here!

I’m not one to write reviews but the employees handled this well. Despite getting yelled at by this crazy lady taking up the line the employees still took everyone else’s orders in a quick and efficient manner. Should’ve called security

I’m at the mall there’s five employees it’s not even 6:30 PM and they refuse to bake a pretzel. I have seven witnesses in the line. They all agree with me. They’re all shaking their head that that’s wrong. Somebody needs to investigate this look at the camera cameras, they got a camera in the corner to make sure that they understand why this company is losing money because if they’re gonna stop serving people any fresh baked products 2 hours prior to closing that doesn’t make any sense…..

I ordered a couple items, went home and realized I was missing two. I don’t live close enough to make the trip back on a Saturday after 7 pm. The manager said they couldn’t do anything because it had been 4 days since the purchase. I called 3 times. No answer. I also emailed customer service and they said they would forward my issue with my receipt and didn’t do that. Maybe it’s just a few dollars, but with no intention of finding a resolution is bad for business. Shame on you.
