I came in Sunday to order the new strawberry and Nutella bits. I took a bite and they old and stale like they were made a day or 2 ago. I immediately told the cashier. And she offered to have a batch sent over from the other end of the mall since they don't bake them fresh there but it would be 30 minutes which I didn't have. She said that she would call the manager to process the refund but said that it would be a while as she was on the opposite end of the mall at the other store. Horrible service she is paying more attention to other people than the person who is placing the order in front of her. She had me walking back and pay again for the dipping sauce I had ordered since I placed the order. I still asked her before I left and she said she had placed it in another bag I checked and nothing smh
