I’ve been here twice and every time I get delicious, warm and fresh pretzels. Their customer service is great and they are always super friendly and sweet. So happy I don’t need to drive all the way to the mall to get my pretzel fix! Will definitely be back!
They never have the sweet glaze for the cinnamon bitz and 3 times now they have said they could not make me more cinnamon bitz for various excuses and it is still well over an hour before closing.
You are over charging your customers. The price on the sheet says 5.49. Then the register says 5.79. I will be taking this matter up.
