If I could give them a zero I would . I got pretzels and cheese and my pretzels are freezing cold not even luke warm , and there is no where to get a refund . What a shame .
If i could give it zero stars i would, the girls working there are so rude they don’t even great you and ask what can i get you they just stare so rudely and are on there phones. Them being hispanic you would think they are nice. Absolutely Not. Yall need to fix this issue no wonder your reviews are so bad. horrible place, best go to auntie anne’s people because the pretzels were also horrible.
My wife and I walked up here. The girls were all on their phones. My wife said hello. One quietly replied then went back to her phone. They couldn't be bothered by serving us. We walked away because they obviously didn't want to get paid.
The food was good but i dont know about the people making the food. Although the girl who served me the girl with red hair was very polite and well mannered it seemed a little like she was like the only person who was doing her job correctly. The guy who im going to assume is the manager, he seems very unprofessional. Everytime i go to wetzels i look over to where they make the food and hes like goofing off never really helping his employees and sometimes ive overheard him yelling in a very rude tone to his employees. This place is utterly disrespectful and disgusting. The food is consistently hard, and the employees lack any sense of decorum. I asked for a lemonade, and the manager informed me that it wasn’t working AFTER I had already paid. Then, he refused to give me a refund, claiming it was "my fault." The male employees do absolutely nothing; I always see the girls working while the guys just sit around on their phones.
