This place is actually disgusting, coming from someone who LOVES wetzel’s pretzels. 2nd time I come here and the pretzels have been a nasty mess. There’s an older lady that works there, she blasts her music and uses her phone, took her forever to acknowledge I was standing there. ( I didn’t really mind that ). Ordered my pretzel bits I have no idea if she salted them with her BARE hands but she came back with her hands dripping with oil ?? I just got a thing of pizza bites and was shocked at how stale they tasted. Being within an hour of close is not an excuse for poor quality of product.

I just bought the cinnamon and sugar bites and the pretzels were burnt, hard and cold. I don’t really put bad reviews unless I have a really bad experience. Definitely don’t recommend it
