This is my favorite pretzel place at Woodfield. My husband and I have been to this location multiple times; our most recent visit was just this past week. The food was warm and fresh. The drinks are great. They seem to rotate their menu and have seasonal items as well. The employees have always been really nice. We love it here.
5/2026 5* Back again. All went good. The Pretzel was amazing. Looking forward to my next one already! 2019 3* Staff was pretty friendly. But the food was not of good quality. Unlike other Wetzel's Pretzels. This one did not meet the mark. We had a few different items and they were all low end quality.
Rude unprofessional cashier...
Worst experience ever! Lady looked at me and kept working and when she finally decided to come over she was real rude. The food was old and nasty.
Rude cashier!!!!! If don’t like your job quit then no need to be rude
