I ordered CinaBitz here and they were not even hot nor warm. They grab the bags that’s been sitting in the display however long they were there brush them with butter and then overdo the cinnamon sugar. Not buying again!

Good customer service
First time coming to America and I heard that Wetzels was a very popular pretzel place to visit. Absolutely delicious items, especially the jalaroni and pizza bits. Leandro was such a wonderful employee, everything was perfect and he was such a delight, recommending me items that were absolutely delicious. I came in 11ish in the morning and he was running the place confidently and swiftly by himself. He was very professional and tending to myself and other customers with full attention.
