I was just in the Valley River Center at about 3:30pm and walking past the Wetzel Pretzel and the guy was sitting down on his phone, picking his nose not only with his pointer finger but switched to his pinky to do it too! I find it very disgusting especially working in the food industry where people eat! They’re not cleanly at all, multiple times I’ve been there prior they don’t wash their hands before helping you.

Complete garbage food. We ordered three pretzels along with one order of pretzel dog bites and two drinks for $ 62.00!! Robbery! Everything was stale to the point that it was almost impossible to bite into, and the hotdogs were noticeably overcooked. I think everything was cooked the day before. Maybe longer. Food was tasteless, and a total waste of money. It all went in the trash. I’m ticked!! Customer service was terrible. I don’t think they deserve 1 star, but that’s the least I could give!

6.49 for a pretzel so their menue said. When rung up the price jumped to 10.00. Pretzel had no sault and was cold. The guys aditude alone was off putting and very much disrespectful. The cheese was very cold just as the middle of the pretzel and part frozen still. Refunds or fixing the issue was not an option for all sales are final. We'll that sums it up. Warm out side frozen inside.

When the mall opens. There is never anyone in the front for 20-30mins. Pretzels are extra crispy burnt. Its never been that way until recently. Within the past 2025-2026 years. Horrible service. I asked the guy if there are pretzel bites not burnt. Or pretzels not over cooked. He say no. And just sits there. What happen to the other people who ran it? Sad. I usually love pretzels, and I have gotten good pretzels here before, but the last time I went to this location the server picked his nose and I did not see him wash his hands before handing me my pretzel, which was cold and stale. The other time I went, we waited for 8 minutes for someone to serve us and no one was there.
