WENT IN LAST WEEK AND THE OWNER WAS ON THE TABLE WITH NO SHOES OR SOCKS !
More than an hour before the location closes here at the Colorado Mills Mall and I walk up to the counter to order, screenshot attached to show the time for emphasis, and see that there isn't the items I would want available. So when I start to place my order, I'm told that they are not baking anymore because they have already turned off the ovens more than 75 minutes before the store closes, I get maybe 30 minutes before, but more than an hour?!?! Probably the worst experience I have ever had at one of these! Customer service was awful, the guy should have stayed in bed if he was gonna roll eyes and throw stuff around over some pretzels. With all the other reviews regarding customer service, you would think the manager would take them serious. Won't be back to this one, if your craving pretzels go buy a bag from Target!
Used wetzel catering for our daughters wedding. Ordered pretzel bitz , pretzel bit dogs, and pizza pretzels. Our guests loved them. . The store management was great to communicate with us by text. Not 5 stars because of the cateting platform it wasn't great to work with and made it hard to get ahold of a "real" person to make sure our order was received . But 5 stars for wetzels corporate. The girl working there was extremely rude and rolled her eyes when I told her I was paying with cash because her nails were too long to grab the change out of the drawer- she also seemed annoyed when we asked for salt and dumped an absurd amount on them.
