I went to wetzel pretzels last Saturday, It was so different since last time I visited the place. The food was hot and fresh, every body was working in their place. I saw a tall guy, I think he is a new manager because he was giving instructions to the employees very professional. I like how this place changed.

delicious food. the workers always seem kind of pissed off but I would be too if i worked there, so it's okay.

I usually go there on the holidays bc they have more stores, the cashier was on their phone, they were not focusing at work, and I was given a wrong order and on top of that my bites they were so hard and I ask for fresh ones, and they denied… this is nothing compared to the on at Pleasanton

I asked for water so I can take an important medication and they handed me an empty cup. Basically denied filling it unless I purchased a water bottle. What has this world come to. Gave 3 stars for food because they seemed to be working hard to make fresh food. I was going to order from them but given their incredibly non empathetic service, I think not.
