Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service specifically Marcella and Edwin. Visited on 6/12/26 2:51pm not busy NEVER made an effort to notify me my order was ready even when I told Edwin where I would be ( sitting directly 10 feet across the store). Maricela was rude with attitude!! Will NEVER give them my $$$$ again.
Im sorry but I thought I was seeing things when I looked at the pricing so I asked the lady how much for an order of cinnabitz and she stated $13 and I promptly turned around and left. That's ridiculous pricing even Disney doesn't charge that much at their parks for flavored pretzels. Imagine how much business they miss out on everyday due to pure greed.
Waited 30 min for my food horrible service will never go back
Super expensive for the amount of food they give you. Beware of the mini dogs! They are always undercooked!!! I went to complain and the worker did not give me a new order she gave me 3 little mini dogs only! 3 pcs like what in the world??? Do better please !!
