Found a dark hair in my food and asked for a refund and the lady was rude. She spoke broken english told me and spoke to me as though she was trying to make me feel stupid. She refused my refund and said it's against policy-which isn't advertised anywhere. She pointed to the menu and claimed it was their refund policy. After spending $15 on a cup I asked for a bag and they charge for the bag it’s to go like really ridiculous

Very good place to get some of those fabulous mini hot dog cheese pretzels. The staff were very friendly and welcoming and the pretzel 🥨 foods were delicious. They even have some good options for drinks like sodas and even some lemonade 🍋 drinks. Although pricey, it’s still a great place to be. Thanks again guys!!! Y’all rock!!!

Staff was rude when asked about a reward and did not offer any help or solutions..had an attitude when asked simple questions. The pretzel was also very tough and rough seems like they did not put effort into making the pretzels fresh, very disappointed.

First time trying them and was very disappointed. They don’t have prices up to see how much they are, you either ask or find out after they ring you up. I got 3 pepperoni pretzels, 2 cheese sauces and 3 small gourmet blue ice and paid 75. It was expensive and the pretzels tasted bland like they forgot to add salt to the dough and the gourmet blue ice had a taste like mold to it. Never will go there again, will stick with Auntie Anne’s.
