Terrible experience at Wetzel’s Pretzels. The employee didn’t even bother to assist me while I was there. It honestly felt like I was asking her for a favor instead of simply trying to make a purchase as a customer. The service was completely indifferent and unprofessional. I expected at least basic courtesy and willingness to help and given the dirty-looking environment, I wouldn't recommend anyone come to this place.
I took almond pretzel. It was good (soft) and tasty. Servers were clearly unhappy and almost giving vibes they are there as a punishment.
