To the Management, I am writing to report a terrible experience at your Arden Fair Mall location today (July 13, 2026, at 7:40 PM). We bought two pepperoni pretzels that were burnt and hard to the point of being inedible. Furthermore, the customer service was dismissive and unprofessional. As a content creator, I am deeply disappointed by this lack of quality and empathy. I expect an immediate refund or replacement. Please let me know how we can resolve this. Sincerely, Thaisa
This review is for the stand by the JCPenney store. The lady cashier is very unprofessional and made a rude comment when I tried to order. The pretzel tasted sort of warm but very stale. Horrible experience at this stand location.
When you get a pretzel, ask them to give you one recently made. I never liked pretzels, but this last time we got a fresh one and it was delicious!! I loved it.
My boba lemonade tasted like jalapeños. 1/10, never again.
