DO NOT EAT HERE, SAVE YOUR MONEY. Me and my friend went to eat at wetzel pretzel thinking it was auntie annies. The spanish speaking lady let a group of 5 in front of us because they spoke spanish and the lady could understand then better(mind you that they were primarily english speaking so theyre was no apparent reason for them to go ahead) after we had already been waiting for 10 minutes for them to acknowledge us. I decided to stop by Wetzel’s Pretzels at South Shore Plaza instead of my usual Auntie Anne’s — and I regret it. I ordered Dog Bites (plain), waited 5–10 minutes, and ended up with the wrong thing: plain pretzel bites with butter and salt. The staff seemed unhappy to be there, moved slowly, and by the time I got my order, a long line had formed behind me.
