I was at the location Vintage Faire Mall in Modesto. I requested for 2 jalapeño cheese pretzels, 2 jalaroni , 1 wetzel dog, and 2 pizza bitz. I did not check my bag until returning home and I was missing 2 of the pizza bitz.
They don’t honor their own coupons. I went there I had a coupon for free pretzel bites the image was pretzel bites and the guy said he could only give me a plain pretzel I don’t know if the lady who was helping me at first put in the wrong code but neither of them Seemed to understand how to fix the error and wanted to give me something I didn’t want this is the second time this has happened. They used up my points even though I didn’t get anything.
Went today, got Pretzel with salt. Bought cheese, I was distracted with my child so I didn't see if she put the cheese in the bag but I paid her so through she did. Got home and no freaken cheese!! 😤
