Went today, and the worker said they'll text/call me once my order is ready since they ran out of hotdog bites. I waited 30+ mins and I haven't received a text or call. I went in and they blamed me for the wait saying "we called u but u weren't here" when I was just outside of the store. Then I said that I was told I was going to receive a text and she just said "it's just the hotdog rt?" with a hint of sarcasm. No it's not just the hotdog, it's my time that got wasted. Stacy and her crew have the freshest most tasting but there far exceeds anywhere gas stations excellent service so polite have to come eat Wetzels Pretzels
Pretzel bites weren’t cooked all the way and got food poisoning
Worst location. The closing time says 9 pm on Thursday and I walk in with my son at 8:15 and the staff was cleaning and denied to sell us anything even though they had product on display. Terrible service!!
Haven’t had a Wetzel pretzel in years and man have they shrunk and the almond pretzel had hardly any almond on it.. absolutely not worth $6.50. Glad I used my birthday pretzel and didn’t pay full price. This pretzel was worth the $2 difference I paid, definitely not full price. I will not be back
