My girlfriend and I stopped here because there wasnt an Auntie Annes in the mall, however Wetzel exceeded our expectations. The employee was jolly and happy to help and serve us. The pretzel bites were fresh, buttered, and salted in-front of us. The cheese dip was warm and smooth. If I could give 6 stars, I would. 10/10 recommend this shop.

pretzels were hard as a rock
My daughter found two hairs in her bag of pretzels—see for yourself. That alone is unacceptable, but especially considering how outrageously expensive everything is here. I really wish I had read the other customer reviews before stopping. Needless to say, we will never be coming back.
