Contacted them to find out about lowering my insurance rates. I had state farm for the past 10 years and the prices kept going up. So they found me better insurance for less money and twice the coverage. It doesn't get any better than this.
Terrible communication!! Apparently, Wetzel was recently bought out by McGown Insurance. Never received a notice about this or informed me that my agent had changed (not that I was ever really impressed with Wetzel's unresponsive agents, either). NONE of my policies were ever updated and sent to me, either! I will be switching insurance agencies ASAP once I can sort out this mess.
