First time having service done at Wenzel Ford and it was probably the best experience I've had with any service department. Marty was awesome. Explained everything in detail and got the job done quickly
I can not put into words how exceptional Wetzel Ford's service department is!! I have been taking my car there for several years now. Marty is such a gem, and the other guys are very kind and informative as well. As a single mother who knows nothing about cars, I always know I'm in good hands and not being taken advantage of. I'm so grateful for you guys!
Told me I needed rebuilt/new transmission for $5k - $6k because of torque converter shudder. Bought a $12 tube of transmission fluid additive, poured it in, and the problem is fixed.
My 2018 Ford Edge engine went completely bad. Wetzel had to replace the whole engine. They are so kind and gave us great service as usual. Thank You so very much Marty for your time and patience with me. You did a wonderful job. Fellas in the garage you still rock. Thank you for a job well done. We are so deeply deeply GRATEFUL!!! Thank you so very very much!!!
