Steven was awesome and let me take my covid test before my appointment time and explained what type of test and the procedure. Even talked cars for a bit. Great service
The medical staff came out to me right as they opened up. I showed up before my appointment, and they saw to getting me tested right away. Not only that, they gave me a callback as I was waiting in the parking lot to make sure they had me an appointment. The staff was very friendly.
Explained the procedure that would be used for my COVID test quite thoroughly. Took several minutes to explain the steps that I needed to follow for self care. This is the first time that I have used this facility and I am very pleased with the service that I received.
Stephen was phenomenal with helping me get back a Covid-19 test result in time for my international flight. I highly recommend Wetumpka Medical Center, Dr. Hayden, and the entire staff. Without their extra effort and super customer service, I would have been out of luck.
They are doing covid testing by appointments. I called this morning at 9, and they had an opening at 12:30. They are offering the two ways to get results, rapid test or the test that they send to the lab that you get back in a few days. Steven (idk how you spell It, sorry) was super duper helpful with information and keeping me calm when I was so nervous about being swabbed.
