I wish zero stars was an option... Complete Vultures. Are not helpful, evasive, and doesn't want to have email convos, only phone call, so nothing can be documented on your side. Tried to arrange a payment plan, nope. So showed up to court (in January) to do a payment plan. The attorney didn't show up, and emailed a response AFTER the scheduled court time. ZERO regard for other peoples time. Then 2 weeks later (mid Feb) got a paper saying they agreed to the payment plan and to sign papers and send them back. Never received a... read more
Extremely rude and refuse to give proper documentation. Seems like they do this to scam people by making things take longer to process so they make more money.
Very disappointed by the service given.
These have to be the rudest individuals who can’t even get their own stories straight. They lie about information and then want to call you names for calling out their own lies. Get it together people there are better ways to get stuff accomplished than being degrading and nasty.
