After 16 months of a pool remodel/new pool install, the job is still NOT complete!!! We have paid over 95% of the job. (Big mistake) He over promises, does not follow through with schedule or does not show up for days, if not weeks at a time. We were originally told this would take 5 to 6 months. We have been very patient and given MANY chances and opportunities to make this right. I'm sure we are the oldest unfinished pool on his schedule. This originally would have been a one star. Jerry and his son are an amazing team. We had our pool converted to a saline system and they guided us all the way on what to buy and where. He answered his phone all the time when we went from store to store. As first time pool owners He listens and advices accordingly....I can say it was worth it choosing him and we shall continue to use him and his son for any more pool changes ...!! 😉 God bless you
