The doctor is just ok, the front desk and billing are lying scammers. Never billed my insurance because "they won't pay" (they will if you bill them) then made me pay cash. After finding out my insurance will pay for the procedure, they said they submitted it which is a lie. Then the "billing department" calls and tried to school me in all aspects of Metlife dental.
