l've done business with this organization for several years until today. Had a standing appointment (scheduled it a week ago)only to arrive with a sign on the door saying they are closed because the installer wasn't "feeling well". This is not the first time this has happened to me. Drove 45 minutes to get to my appointment, no call, no text, nothing, etc.... to let me know they were closed.
