Attended appointment for my 8 year old son with Dr Winston Wy. We went into the consultation, he asked his questions and then said he will not see him until he completes a rapid antigen test. I don’t understand, we were already in the consultation room, if your worried about Covid he was already sitting in your room. He is an extremely rude and arrogant Dr and I suspect he is driven purely by money, as it makes no sense to send him away for a test and then to have to come back again. I highly recommend Dr Nidhi Bajaj, she is extremely polite and professional goes above and beyond to discuss health issues and find a solution.
My family and I have been going to Wetherill Park Family Practice since I was 6 months old seeing Dr Mock and I can say they excel in all aspects of health care. Since moving out of area 20 years ago, I travel 45 mins each way to attend appointments and find the travel is worth the quality care you receive. I now see Dr Singh who is always polite, punctual and knowledgable. Chairs still outside. Historically, never have people gone to the doctors and have to sit outside like lepers.. So why now? Dr Winston is in lala land telling us "It's the 4th wave" and need PCR tests dressed up like he's going to the moon. The world knows the PCR is inaccurate. Please read the RAT test instructions. It says "A positive result doesn't determine your infectious". It actually says it. I feel sorry for some staff that have to breathe their own carbox M with mask wearing all day.
