We've been taking our dogs here for years. Dr.Ross and his team provide nothing but top notch care and service. We wouldn't go anywhere else
Took my 2.5yr old catahoula in for exam due to being sick for over 48hrs to be given two options 1)$950-$1100 bill or 2) take meds and go home being a low income family I made the choice for the cheaper option. Took her home and within 45min she passed away. I wasn’t given an option of payment plan told I had to pay $235 dollars before I could leave. Took the meds back this morning to see if I could recoup some of what I paid to be told no because she was high risk but I was not informed she was high risk or I would of kept ... read more
This vet clinic is the best in Alberta best prices too and they are so kind and caring and so sweet the environment is so peaceful and friendly incredibly excellent customer services skills and tbh I called Them about advice about my dog and they didn’t charge me a cent and they were super supportive now days we need more vet clinics and hospitals to be more like these people they are the best and even when you have to put a dog down they make the process a lot easier. Thank you so much for helping my family
