I don't care what any of the 4 stars or less say. Dr. Bedawi is the only doctor after 12 years of begging for help and 15 different doctors and gynos that actually sat down with my Daughter and Myself and asked, "How can I help you?". After years of fighting and advocating for my daughter and myself he agreed to help us and wasted zero time getting us both in for surgery. He diagnosed my daughter Stage one endometriosis and did my partial hysterectomy. I am in aww if this man and will defend him to anyone who says otherwise.... read more
Dr Badawi is awesome, this review is for the reception staff who are decidedly NOT awesome. They dont call back, they are snarky and short, they dont follow through with what they say they will, and if you want anything booked you need to call again and again. I hope Dr Badawi can get some better staff, because he is great, but these support staff are miserable
Where do I start??? This clinic is one to stay away from. It sucks, as there isn't much for options as far as women's health, so when you get refered somewhere, you take what you can get. This was the case for my wife. Initially, the doctor seemed to care. That was great. But EVERYTHING was downhill from there. First off, if you try to call more than once to the clinic, they will stop answering, as they screen calls. After years of silently suffering from a growing fibroids, I finally found the right OB-GYN who truly listened and took action. Going to this clinic was the most humiliating experience! The student doctor left the room in the middle of me speaking 3 times in less than two minutes, would not look at me or listen to me, made me strip down for a procedure that wasnt supposed to happen and wait until someone else came and told me it wasn’t happening and I could dress again.
