I paid a ‘fully refundable’ 180$ deposit. I left the unit in good condition. Paid my rent in full and on time each month. When i vacated my unit i was told they would refund my deposit and was completely ignored.
The locker was filthy when I rented it, not swept out before I got there to sweep the mud and leaves before moving my items in. Thankfully I had a broom. They tell me it's $xxx per month and I send an e-transfer with the total the first month I was there . Approx a week later I'm getting harrased and my phone blown up because I didn't send the $5.25 tax + charged me a $10 late fee. Storage locker leaked and when discussed with the Owner he was very unhelpful and rude. Would never recommend this place to anyone! Stay away!!
