I just want to start off by saying how truly thankful I am for the incredible care I received during my surgery on Friday. I was lucky to have Dr. Badawi as my surgeon. He was kind, funny, and made me feel completely at ease from start to finish. My nurses, Reba and April, were absolutely amazing. They made me feel so safe, comfortable, and cared for in such a vulnerable moment. I really hope the hospital recognizes the compassion and effort they bring to their work every single day. Friendly enough staff, wait times are insane. Lots of movement from staff walking around but no Doctors!!!! Update, 5 hours plus waiting and still no Doctors in sight. Was told a 13 wait is nothing out of the ordinary for this hospital by a staff member.
Staff was super carrying and helpful. Didn't have to wait long either.
Spent 4 hrs.in ER because of pain and severe swelling from a sprained knee. Draining the large Baker's cyst would have helped but instead they gave me a requisition to have it done and a prescription for pain killers. My family Dr. has done this 5 minute procedure but instead I have to suffer for 3 days before I can get it done. Also, what's with all the indigenous signage in the hospital? This shows no respect to all the other ethnic groups . The indigenous know English. Stop catering to the far left .
