I told Dr. Brandt I was suicidal and after his secretary told me he wouldn’t see me anymore, in an annoyed and angry tone. Extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I didn’t raise my voice or show aggression, I told him I wouldn’t accept new meds until I spoke to my psychiatrist that I’ve been seeing the last 3yrs.
So grateful for Dr. Jeffery. She’s been my family’s doctor for years and took me on again as a patient at her previous practice after a while of not seeing her. She is so personable and friendly and truly cares. I live an hour plus drive away and will continue to drive that far to see her. So grateful for her care. The front desk staff was really friendly and nice to talk to also. to book an appointment here is like booking an appointment to Mars or jupiter. Very arrogant staff, they think they are the only one in the city. Imagine if they were the only one they would not even talk to no one. I have seen worst places but this far more worst ever!
I am always treated with great respect and appreciate the professional and caring experience I have with my Doctor - top notch!
It is disgusting to see so many bad reviews about the reception staff, but given their absolutely rude and ignorant front staff, it is not surprising. WHY ARE THEY NOT BEING FIRED FOR SUCH BEHAVIOR?! UNPROFESSIONAL. DISRESPECTFUL.
