I phoned in the morning for a same day appointment to renew my class 1 drivers license medical. I arrived at the the clinic and was greeted buy a very cheerful receptionist, who took my information and did the required checks. DR. Hicks was professional and very relaxed as she asked all kinds of questions.
Have LOVED our family doctor since I was a kid, but sadly I will be finding a new one in another city. It has gotten more difficult over the years to see our doctor. The reception staff are very unprofessional, rude and snarky. I never understood putting angry people or people who have terrible communication skills on the phone as patience we are already vulnerable and having a snarky receptionist doesn’t make us feel any better.
