I would like to express my concern regarding my recent experience with your clinic. During the pandemic, I found it extremely difficult to obtain a prescription refill. Even when calling early in the morning, I was consistently informed that there were no available walk-in appointments. This experience was quite disappointing, as access to essential care should be more manageable, especially during challenging times. As a result, I will be seeking care elsewhere moving forward. I want to begin by expressing a great concern that I have with this clinic. They claim to dedicate some time two days out of the week for walk-ins. I wait for the time, I call as early as possible 8:30 AM on the dot for them to tell me there is no walk-ins. This has happened three times. I wanted a clear explanation for this and I got none. If you're claiming to offer walk-ins and proceed to not follow through do not offer them at all.
The last time I was here the staff was extremely rude and unprofessional. One of the receptionists wouldn't get off her phone.
